mcrfrk ptchs

this project started out with the launch of the new v5.0 firmware. my intention was to create a few sample based patches to celebrate the amazing new capability that the micro freak had just gained. I soon realized that it might have been an ambitious undertaking for my first patch bank having to both upload the samples onto the microfreak, and then the patches. I do have a folder full of one-shots intended to serve as the basis for some sample based patches and I will send them to you if you ask. so I figured I shouldn't let a good preset bank go to waste so I began making the new patches. each patch was made by hooking up the micro freak to the electron digitakt, sending midi note information to the microfreak and then starting from an initialized patch, carving a sound out from the microfreak. this process is ideal for me because I was able to bust out a few jams while making this patch bank that I'm actually really proud of and in turn, made patches that I'm really proud of. I'm really excited to see what everyone comes up with.

-1 arpeggio for good measure
